3. Client Responsibilities

4. Payment Terms

Payment for Services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include:

Cash
Credit/Debit Cards
Bank Transfers

Invoices will be provided detailing the Services rendered and the total amount due.

4.1 Late Payments

Late payments may incur additional charges. If payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, a late fee of 5% of the total amount may be applied.

5. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are subject to availability. To schedule a Service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Liability and Insurance

Hedge Trimming Kings Cross maintains liability insurance to cover any damages that may occur during the provision of Services. However, the Client is responsible for:

Securing any valuable or fragile items within the service area.
Informing the Service Provider of any known hazards on the property.

6.1 Damage Liability

In the unlikely event of property damage caused by our Services, we will assess the situation and determine appropriate compensation or remedial actions.

7. Terms of Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice. Termination requests should detail the reason for termination.

Upon termination, the Client is responsible for payment for all Services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kings Cross.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Hedge Trimming Kings Cross reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes through the agreed-upon communication channels.
